Student Registration 2018-19


STEP-BY-STEP REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Download, print and fill out the 3 forms at the links below – Program Expectations, Release & Consent and the String Replacement Fee Form. (one submission per student).
  2. Please provide all of the information requested on all forms.
  3. Bring completed registrations form to the MANDATORY Strings parent meeting: Friday, August 10, 2018 in the Palm Beach Public Music Room.

    4. Mozart, Beethoven will meet at 1:15 pm

    Vivaldi, Chamber will meet at 2:15 pm

    Kinderstrings / Haydn will meet on Wednesday, 8/15/18 at 7:00 am
