Our friends at the Palm Beach Symphony recently highlighted a couple of stories that involved our students and Orchestral Strings Program. Here are the highlights.
THANK YOU CULTURAL COUNCIL OF PALM BEACH COUNTY
Ellie Abel, a student cellist from Palm Beach Public School’s Strings Program performed Dvorak’s “Humoresque” side-by-side with PBS principal cellist for the Cultural Council’s Board of Directors in appreciation for a grant they awarded to the Symphony to expand its school programming.

Students had the opportunity to discover the science behind sound and learn that sound is a type of energy made by vibrations with a PBS sponsored Sound Waves Activity.
