$5,000 Matching Donation Challenge

A generous supporter of the Strings program has agreed to match all donations
(up to $5,000.00) that we receive now through the end of the concert. Donations may
be made on-line at the Strings Foundation website (www.palmbeachpublicstrings.org)
and in-person at the School’s Coconut Row Entrance the week prior to the concert from
Friday, December 13th through Thursday,
December 19th from 7:30am – 8:30am.

Parent Event Information

Please drop ALL students off at the SIDE ENTRANCE of Meyer Hall on the Tamarind Avenue Side. Volunteers will be there to direct your child. All parents (except volunteers) are asked to enter the Meyer Hall through the MAIN LOBBY entrance.
 

Student Arrival Times

  1. Intermediate and Advanced Strings 6:20PM
  2. Beginning Strings 6:30PM
  3. Kinderstrings 6:40PM

Kinderstrings and Beginning Strings Note

**Kinderstrings and Beginning parents**, please take your child’s instrument case with you when you drop your child off. Your child will perform and will then sit with you in the auditorium for the remainder of the concert. Please save a seat for your child or children.

All other students will have assigned seats in the hall until they perform and will return to these seats for the remainder of the concert. All students will stay for the entire concert.
 

Uniform

PBOS String Shirt, black pants or skirt, and closed toe shoes. No food or drink in Meyer Hall.
 

Exiting Hall

At the conclusion of the concert, please have your child/children remain with you as you exit Meyer Hall. Please do not let children run around the hall or stage.
 

Strings Classes resume beginning Tuesday, January 7, 2014.
